Katie White is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio in the health and wellness industry. She owns and manages a multidisciplinary health clinic and holds credentials as a Registered Massage Therapist, Somatic Coach and Healing Touch Practitioner. 

 

With over 25 years of experience in the healing arts, Katie has immersed herself in energy work, Ayurvedic medicine, therapeutic yoga, horticulture and clinical herbology. Her lifelong commitment is to empower others to achieve their fullest potential. 

 

Sarah Cormode has a long history of healing in nature as an outdoor experiential educator. She is a water baby, with countless hours as a competitive whitewater paddler, instructor and rafting guide in British Columbia and Ontario. She was also a sea kayaking guide on the Bay of Fundy and the Pacific coast.

 

Sarah is passionate about empowering her clients to break free from their comfort zones, conquer their fears, and design lives that truly shine. Even if you feel like you’re barely staying afloat in the river of life, Sarah is dedicated to helping others rise and move up success mountain.
